    No Shows & Cancelations less than 24 hours will loose the face value of their coupon. May still use the coupon, but, you will have to pay the difference between the coupon amount and the original price of the session. No exceptions. If you have a voucher, we automatically assume you were planning to use it during your scheduled session; if you cancel that session less than a FULL 24 HOURS prior, or if you are a No Call No Show, we will not honor the face value of the coupon.
