Get Aggressive About Your Life, It’s Not Enough To Just Not Do The Bad Things”
In 2001 at age 48 and successful at the top of my profession, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. It was localized, I had surgery, and I’m cancer-free today. Had I not found it through regular annual check-ups (PSA AND DRE exams) it would have been far worse. Years later I was diagnosed with Hypertension and Type 2 diabetes. I immediately got more serious about changing the quality of my life through fitness and nutrition. One year after being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, I had reversed my diabetes condition; technically I am no longer diabetic. My blood pressure is consistently within range, and I’ve lost 28 pounds through routine exercise and low fat, low carb, eating (not diet because it’s a way of life).
Recently, I learned about colonic hydrotherapy to cleanse my colon on a regular basis. I strongly encourage everyone to look into the process. It’s painless, comfortable, (actually relaxing) and uses no chemicals, just water and the natural workings of your own body. I was amazed to learn of all the toxins and waste that remains stored within our colons. We clean our cars better than we clean our colons! I highly recommend Cheryl Tyler, Certified Colon Hydro therapist and Infinity Health & Wellness Center in Philadelphia. Cheryl is not only an excellent therapist; she always provides great information and recommendations about nutrition and overall fitness.
I am a husband; father, brother, professional, artist, fraternity brother, business owner and friend. I have a lot to live for, and so do you. It’s not enough to say I don’t trash my body. We must get aggressive about what we put in our bodies, keeping our insides (colon) clean, and our outside fit. I learned that these things don’t need to be a death sentence, we have control.
