Let's Start with an "Evening Stroll"!
I do Sprints for my Cardio. I do 10 sprints within the time limit of 20 minutes to 30 minutes (depends on how much I push myself), I do these sprints on a 2.5 incline. After I finish the sprints I turn the incline up to 15 and walk up hill. (I'll show you that video another day)!
